If your order is not right, we will make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

Unused, sealed goods in original packaging can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong goods, we cover return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is on you.

Open a message in Order Updates after you buy, or email us from the address on your receipt. Do not send medical questions — these are culinary herbs and herbal goods, not medicine.
